Review: On May 10th, 2014 I dropped off mens dress shirts and business clothing for dry cleaning and laundry.

On May 24th, 2014 I picked up the laundry and was informed that some of my shirts were missing, and that I needed to speak to the new owner [redacted] to obtain a response of what would be done to compensate for the lost items. Upon further examination of the items picked up, not only was there a missing shirt, also other shirts in the pick up were substituted for lower cost and different size items.

When I contacted the new owner [redacted] on the cell phone number ###-###-####, the new owner indicated he would call me bavk, he never did. I called him again and gave the invoice number # [redacted], and explained situation again, he stated he would call back. [redacted] failed to respond to my numerous requests that were seen via text to his cell number.Desired Settlement: Refund for the value of a lost shirt worth USD 100. Plus the value of the substituted shirt as I was provided with a lower quality/ cheap shirt, differential of UDS 50. Total of USD 150. Cash refund. To replace the lost shirt and the inferior value of the substituted shirt.
