Mr. Coco

Review: purchased ice cream at mr coco's on sat, 12/**/13 and was not given a receipt. took ice cream home it had a fowl taste, returned to store and complained to male cashier, who proceeded to open the container and scoop a spoonfull out and eat it. then started yelling and my daughter and I, what was wrong with it? we tried to calmly explain and he proceeded to yell and complain to other customers around that we wanted to return the ice cream and that there was something wrong with us. I let him let him know that I would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com and consumer affairs and would not patronize his establishment again. he made a reference to you people (us being black) I presume and didnt care if we came back. I did inform him we didnt get a receipt for the purchase, which he then gave me. we returned the ice cream and did not get the $5.00 refund. he refused to let us get fresh icecream and did not refund the money we paid.Desired Settlement: the store worker was rude, ice cream was bad and we want our refund.
