Mr. Comfort provided outstanding value and customer service to us as we had our central heat and A/C units replaced. The final charge for the job was exactly what was estimated. They arrived on time on the scheduled date and were extremely courteous during the entire day. They were considerate of the fact that we have three large dogs and went to great lengths to ensure that all doors and gates were kept closed as needed. We are grateful to Denny and his crew for making this a very positive experience. And finally, we must mention that the cost was approximately one half of what the "orange truck" company quoted us. Mr Comfort is the ONLY HVAC service I will use. I have have dealt with the other "crooks" in the Elkton area and will only hire Mr Comfort from now on. Dennis is knowledgeable, courteous, and... HONEST!! He saved me a lot of unnecessary expense recently.

Contractor was contacted to make house call to repair broken A/C unit which he had previously repairs in June 2016, and said he was going to be at our premises the next day (Friday) at 11:00 AM. I took the day off work to be here when he showed up.... and he did didn't show up. An hour and a half later my wife called him at 12:30 PM, to find out when he would come over, and he said he would be here at 2:30 PM. and trouble shoot our unit. Contractor didn't show up.....until 6:00 PM, by that time darkness was coming down, and he barely did any troubleshooting.Agreed to come back the next day again at noon... we waited, but again he failed to keep the agreed time. Contractor was let go for another contractor.
Punctuality is very important for contractors, for people's lives are put on hold to accommodate the visit, like in this case, I took a day off work, which was completely wasted!

I found the furnace in my second home had not been operating for over a week and urgently needed repairs. Within 4 hours of calling, Denny was there, found the problem and got it back up and running. Tremendous service at a more than reasonable price. I plan to use them again and would recommend them highly.
