Revdex.com spoke to a representative from the business, who advised that the repair had been completed on July 21. As for the delays associated with the repair, she said that when the customer first had them out and was advised of the repairs that needed to be done, the customer asked to put the repairs on...

hold until she took out a loan, as some issues were not going to be covered by the warranty. She said that after the customer began initiating the repairs once more, the warranty company ordered the parts, and they were of the understanding that they were being shipped. They later found out that the warranty company had not shipped the parts, but they needed to be picked up. Once that miscommunication was resolved, an appointment was scheduled for the customer for July 9. They stated that they attempted to call her the day of the appointment to advise that the crew was running late, but did not reach her. They did come by on July 9, later than scheduled, but no one was home. They stated at that point, calls were being scheduled two weeks out because the busy season. The customer was then scheduled for repair on July 21, which was completed at that time. The customer requested a discount on items that the warranty company was not covering, and while they were not able to offer a discount on the parts needed, they did give a free maintenance agreement for 1 year.

Review: I have been trying to get my heating/ac repaired since April 2015 to present(7/15 The equipment was order and ready for pick up in May. It was not picked up. Reorder in July. July 2 the part came in. Was given an appointment 7/9/15 between 9 and 12. No Show and did not call. I spoke with [redacted]. She said she was going to see where the crew was and call me back. She never returned my call nor would she answer the phone when I called.I have been calling Mr. Comfort on a regular basic since April trying to get my heating/AC system fix. Whenever [redacted] answer the phone she said she is going to check and call me back but never does. Most of the time when I call I get the voice mail and leave messages which go unanswered. For the last three and a half months I have been putting up with "I'll call you back", and phone calls not being returned. As of today 7/10 10:48 pm I still have not heard from Mr. Comfort as to why they have not shown up yet to fix my system. They are charging me $570.00 for parts not covered under the warranty. I have had to sit in the hot house with no A/C. They have put me thru so much trouble I feel that should be waived. They are trying to play the blame game with my home warranty comp. The warranty company order the part and they didn't pick it up. Now they have it again and still will not come out and fix it.Desired Settlement: I want my system repaired. Also I made a long story short above. You have no idea what we have been thru with company. As a result I don't feel we should still have to pay them anything.
