Thank you for the ability to respond We hope the following information is helpful. In the spring of Ms*** signed a contract to install irrigation at her home Upon receipt of the contract, Aqua-Lawn, Inchired a licensed plumber to complete the irrigation tap (as our
sub-contractor) The irrigation tap was complete Soon after, Ms*** requested that we stop the contract She had found a different irrigation contractor to complete the work (we assume this change was due to a price difference) We agreed to cease our work with payment for material and plumbing completed ($779.80).In October of 2014, Ms*** asked us to repair a small leak on the plumbing work Even though we considered the work to be out of warranty - due to another contractor completing the contract, we decided to be reactive to her concerns We made the repairs to the system after the irrigation had been winterized by the other company The Technician relayed to Ms*** that he could not test the repair because the system was closed for the winter He suggested that she call the office in the spring prior to opening the system for the season so that we could test.In the spring of we were requested to reimburse Ms*** for a $repair made by others No calls were made to the office prior to this request. We believe that we have been very accommodating to Ms*** during this process Had we received a call we would have repaired the issue ourselves even though the system was not under warranty Not only do we think our responsibility ended when she called another contractor, but we have no way to verify the repair was connected to our plumbing work. Again, I hope this information is helpful

I am rejecting this response because: there are several untruths in their responseCorrect that Aqua Lawn released me from the contract after the initial inside plumbing work was done. I had the highest amount of respect for them for letting me do so and that respect continued until this last incident. The price for that inside work, I later understood was quite High, but in light of me moving on, I just paid itIt was right after the plumber was there that there was a leak. Steve will remember the red aluminum bucket I had collecting the leakFortunately it wasn't a tremendous amount of water, but a leak, no less, and a good thing it wasn't alot. "I" tried calling the plumber myself because I had his cell from when he came out and called me to tell me when he was arriving. I left him repeated messagesOnce he returned my call but it went to v.mand unfortunately he never got back to me after that, despite my calls back to him. So I went to Steve who admitted that he, too, could not get a return call from this guy. Reliable plumbers were/are difficult we agreed. Eventually, I don't know the exact time line but I'd say several weeks in trying to get the plumber went by, eventually Steve, himself, came out and made some adjustments to fix the leak. As you can see, the plumbing work was done in April and consider the time to try to reach the plumber, it certainly was not October, nor was it after the system was winterized. That is false. It was maybe a month later (which is still a long time to get a plumber back to fix his botched job).3. The entire paragraph about the technician relaying to me he could not test the repair because it had been winterized did not happenTotally false, as is calling them in the spring prior to opening the system. Surely if that was suggested, I would have done that!4. When Spring came and the system was turned on, and the technician (of the new Company I went with) left, is when I noticed there was a wet spot on the floor. I thought it might just be from turning it on and some water perhaps comes out initially. But, I called the new Cojust to be sure. Naturally they wanted to come back and see if there was a problem. (That is why I never contacted Aqua Lawn because at that time, obviously the Company who was just out there was going to check to make sure the turning on of the system was fine). Upon them coming out, they discovered the valve that needed repair because it was leaking so they repaired it. The same inside plumbing that was just one season old and had an issue from the get-go. 5. Should I have said to the new Company - "no, wait - don't fix this. I need to go back to Aqua Lawn and contact them because this is the plumbing they installed just last season and was leaking then......................." No, I didn't even think of that because they were right there to see what problem I was having and fixed it.6. As reputable and accommodating as Aqua Lawn had been all along, I felt they would honor the minor $bill knowing this plumbing job had been an ongoing problem from the beginning. It was a small amount to pay to continue the customer service they had shown and would go a long way reputation wise. I find it ludicrous they would let $create "this" complaint. The complaint I posted on another website and may continue to do so where I see fit. In my last attempt to get a response from them, I said as much to Aqua LawnI was very understanding when I dropped the repair bill off and Diane told me they were very busy and it would be awhile before they could get back to me. As stated in my initial letter to you, I waited weeks before following up. That is when the lack of return phone calls (a real customer service pet peeve with me)Still allowing quite a bit of time for return calls, I kept calling and waiting. Finally I sent an email (which I'll find and send to you), and left time for a response to that - before this final step in contacting the Revdex.com. 8. It's not the $as much as I paid $- a lot of money for plumbing work that I couldn't get anyone back to fix. Would you expect to pay any 'more' money for a fix on a system that had just been installed. It's just not right. That's all this is about. He can keep the $95.00. The report has been made to you, the Revdex.com and to anyone I talk to about my irrigation system and experience with Aqua Lawn, and now with the Internet, anywhere else I choose to voice my experience with them.9. Lastly, the fact they resorted to lying in their response solidifies my lack of respect for them. Too bad, because as I started in the beginning of this response, it was quite the opposite until this last sticking point.I wanted to attach my emails to them, but it wasn't working for me for some reason and it's too late
Sincerely,
