Mis-diagnosed and incomplete plumbing repair ON 2/26/2016, [redacted] and [redacted] with MrDan's Plumbing responded to my call for service on my drain that was backing up in my basementI requested they use a camera in the drain to identify the problemThey indicated the charge for the camera would be $I agreed to pay the charge in order to accurately diagnose any issues and so I could effect a permanent solutionThe service techs then cut an opening in my main line and the camera was insertedAfter a while, the technicians then inserted a "snake" in the line, for which they indicated there would be an additional $chargeThen the drain seemed to open so I paid themWe left town for a few days and once we returned, we noticed it still drained a little slow, but thought it might just need time to totally "clear"Then, on 3/10/it totally backed up again and I called " [redacted] " at MrDan's-who represented himself to be the ownerI explained the issue to him and he arranged
