Hello [redacted] Greetings from Techmartlive Solutions!! It is very sad to know that there is a compliant for us from one of our existing customerI would like to brief upon this issue to make things understand better, we did received the call from Mrs [redacted] on 21st Jan stating that there are some problems in the computer which she want us to take care, it was a clean pitch from a sales person wherein she has agreed upon paying certain charges to fix up the problems on her system, where in we did have provided here with the year of support on her machine for $Now in the past recent days we have never been contacted through (phone or email) by the customer asking for the refund or cancellation of the services, but still if she wants to cancel the services then we have no objection cancelling the services because our first priority is customer enhancement & satisfactionAnd I would also like to mention that we have already spoken with the customer in order to process the refund for the same in her accountI apologies for all the inconvenience caused and will try to deliver the best services in the futureThanks [redacted]

Thank you to the Revdex.com for assistance in this very frustrating matter As of 2/23/the $in question as been refunded to our bank account.Our bank had filed a dispute on our behalf to recover our money Also Revdex.com contacted TechMartLive with our complaint However it happened we are so appreciative of the refund of our hard-earned money

Yesterday I tried to order from Jimmy's Egg however my card was declinedSo a co-worker & I ordered from Rib Crib on Order #*** for $She was Charged TWICE for that amount on her cardALSO I was charge $to MrDelivery by AUSTIN for a delivery that was NEITHER Confirmed nor received! I called for a *** contact me ASAP regarding this MrDelivery and the charges that need to be sent back to our accountsThe call went thru a call service out of Texas, not local and given the runaround

I am rejecting this response because: The reason they never processed the charge is because I found out they were scammers and I cancelled the credit card that I provided to themAfter they found out the card was no longer valid they called me on the phoneanswered the messageI will say they did not continue to call me which I was pleased with thatI still maintain they made me think they were from MicrosoftIt was only later in the conversation after I gave them my credit card number they advised me that they were a third partyI still say they scammed me because you should never receive a pop up message telling you that you have a deadly virus with a phone number to call to get rid of the virusBased on the number of complaints filed against them to the Revdex.com I know I am right in what I am thinking about this company

We offer day money back guarantee If any of the customer is not satisfied, moreover if she has received any messages on her computer then it must be the other company which has asked her to file complaint against us, as we don't serve or treat ourself as microsoft or any other brand.Kindly

I am rejecting this response because:i was contacted by telephone on a Sunday evening, a call that I did NOT initiate. The caller identified himself as a worker from [redacted] support, the name he gave me was [redacted]n. I have since verified that [redacted] does NOT call any clients so it is my belief that this action is fraudulent.It is true that this company is still offering me support as I have paid for a year of service ($299.99). Under the false pretenses that have transpired, I would like a full refund of the money that I have paid.Based on the report on the [redacted]hat there have been many fraudulent calls to innocent victims AND the revoking of the Revdex.com rating for this company, I still contend that their actions are to take advantage of unsuspecting victims and they continue to operate under false pretenses. They need to be stopped!Thank you,[redacted]

issue was. From the sound of it, you called [redacted] after you placed an order with us. They stated the price of your order was less than what it was ordering through Mr. Delivery. I will take a minute to explain how our business works. We try really hard to partner with as many local restaurants as possible. Our goal is for our customers to pay the same price through us as they would dining in any of the restaurants, however - these prices are negotiated with each restaurant. Some of them partner with us and give us enough of a discount that we can keep the prices the same, others give us a small discount, but want the prices raised a little bit on our end, others do not want to partner with us or they can’t get corporate approval to offer us a discount, so we have to raise the prices on our end. We are constantly re-negotiating to get prices lower for our customers. I will gladly send you a list of restaurants where you can get the most bang for your buck. Unfortunately, [redacted] is one of the restaurants that cannot offer us a discount. We did remove them from our service for a while, but due to popular request, we added them again as many customers said they’d like to have them as an option despite the increase in price.
