I am responding to complaint [redacted].  Customer originally placed the order mid February.  She called on February **, 2014.  I...

explained that the orders are being filled by their need by date for their event, that is included on the check out page of the website.  The items are in great demand, and are being sewn to order, so we are getting orders out as quickly as we possibly can.  [redacted]'s order was shipped via USPS Priority mail and is set to arrive this Wednesday, which is in plenty of time for her event which she states is on March *, 2014.  For the customer's records as is also automatically emailed directly, this is the USPS Tracking ID [redacted] .  Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.

Review: I placed an order with Mr. Disposable on December **, 2013 to get some lab coats for my daughter's birthday party, which wasn't occurring until January **, 2014. I thought I had given them ample time to get my products shipped to me before the event date. It is now January **, 2014 and I still have not received my lab coats or any notification about my delivery or delivery status. When I place the order I received two emails to confirm my purchase with what appeared to be a place to track my order. I waited to receive my order, when it started nearing my event date, I tried to track my shipment several times, but only got the status of "in process." I then sent an email a couple of days before my event to the website listed on the Paypal confirmation I had recieved to check on the status of my shipment and received no response. I sent a follow up email to the email address listed on their website about a week ago and still no shipment and no response. My event has come and gone, I am very disappointed with the lack of service I received because I was so excited and looking forward to having the lab coats as the perfect piece to complete my dauhgter's birthday party. I would like a full refund for my purchase as I won't be needing the lab coats anymore, I would have no purpose for them. I also think, since I am not the only one that has issues with delivery of products that maybe they should update their website to reflect a recommended shipping timeframe to allow people to place orders with enough advanced time to receive their orders and also prevent this from happening again in the future.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the products I never received.

Review: I ordered products from the company which they billed me for and I never received. I called and emailed in regards to the order and got no response until I got a bit nasty at which point they lied and said they tried emailing me and calling me to see if I still wanted the product. I know this is a lie because they sent a confirmation of my order and the follow up we'll refund your money to the email address I had given them and obviously in this day in age of smart phones you can't say you called and left messages when my phone shows no calls from New York in the time range in question. They promised me a quick refund over a month ago and even after a follow up email I have not received it. It is not a huge refund, but as a self employed mother supporting a family money is money. Not to mention it was something for my son's birthday that I ordered 10 days in advance and paid for expedited shipping to ensure I'd have it a timely manner. After not receiving it on time I figured they screwed me and it would show up a day or two late, but no it never showed up at all! Oh and after the first non-receipt of the credit after it being promised I threatened to notify the Revdex.com and again got the assurance of a refund and yet still didn't.Desired Settlement: I want my money back

We understand you needed your order in a rush and as stated in a previous email, offered to overnight your order at our expense so that you receive it in time for your event. We were out of stock/low stock and were producing to order. I also understand you paid for 3 day shipping, however the website asks for 7-10 Business Days for orders to ship. There also is a request that states please call in rush orders like this one to ensure delivery.

In any case I have issued the approval for a refund and it will be credited to your credit card within the next 48 hours.

Review: I purchased from this company over a month ago for a birthday party. I received an email for an order confirmation. About 3 weeks later I still had not received the order. I called the company and spoke with someone that told me they would put a rush on my order. This was a Friday, so I was told to expect my package by Tuesday or Wednesday. When the day came I still did not have my order. I called them to verify and kept getting the voicemail. I left countless messages along with emailing the company concerning the matter. Now its a month later, today is the [redacted] of March. My event is the [redacted] of March and I'm not sure if my order will even arrive to Chicago before my event. It would be great if I can get this issue resolved as soon as possible. Or at least get feedback from the company.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my order before the event on the [redacted]. If not I'm seeking a refund in full because after the date of event I will no longer need the product.
