On February 9th, Drain King sent a technician named *** to our home to repair a pinhole leak in an exterior copper pipeIt was evident very quickly that he wasn't sure what he was doingHe walked back and forth from the work site to his truck numerous timesHe kept changing what the problem was and how it needed to be repairedThe upsetting part was when he offered to break our water meter so that it would leak and we could claim it through our insuranceWhen I told him that was dishonest he became very rudeHe wrote on his work form the work he had done, but actually he had done nothing except made the leak largerWe had water everywhereHe told me that I needed to pay him and sign the work formWhen I told him I wasn't going to pay for a job that was not done he became even ruder with his commentsI told him I would pay the with the understanding that I was going to call his supervisor to have someone else come out and do the job properlyThe next day a techni

The customers toilet sits to close to the wall so he had previously caused a dent in his wallHe had Spackled the toilet to the wall and painted it in place.The toilet has paint on it from this previous workThe customer was advised of
this and we did not charge the customer for removing and resetting the toilet with a new wax ring

This business response, from RRG, is not true
I did pay for and have NOT received a refund for this workWhen the company representative came to look at the damage, he offered to refund my payment and NOT fix his damage, I turned this down stating that I do not want a refund, I want the damage FIXED
I did NOT spackle the toilet to the wall
The complete interior of this house was panited before we bought it in Dec2007, any paint on the backside of the toilet was likely left there when that bathroom was painted in
This toilet was removed once before since we purchased this house, when new floor covering was installed in this bathroom,
THAT plumber had NO PROBLEM removing and replacing the toilet without causing any damage or hitting the wall with the toilet
I believe in personal responsibility, I live by the old adage "If you break it, you bought it"In this case the plumber employed by RRG broke the wall in our house, I paid for the replacement of the wax seal, and I expect your member company to be a responsible company in our community and fix what they break
The only "middle ground" that your email refers to, that I am willing to accept is: They broke it, they fix itI expect this repair work to be completed in full in the very NEAR future, I will accept NOTHING LESS
