I live in Hudson FL. On the Gulf, and am one of a couple thousand that were hit by the storm surge Thursday night from Hurricane Hermine. Though I was far more prepared than almost everyone in my neighborhood, I still ended up with water in the house. I knew that I had better get on the list of people needing help so I got a call into Mr. Dry Out and could hardly believe that the owner was at my door in 20 minutes! He went through the house and took moisture readings while making a list of what carpets and baseboards etc needed to be removed and then shocked me again when he said he would have a crew there in One hour. I told him that there was no way I could have all the furniture moved that fast, plus one of the rooms had tables stacked with Music Studio equipment. As if I wasn't already more than happy with his speed and caring, he said not to worry because he was bringing in a whole crew to handle that too!
Called and they came the same day. The work was done complete in one day. My husband is a disabled vet and we had to move out due to the damage. My house had sat for 3 weeks and mold was horrendous. Not only did they take care of that, but they removed the fallen tree that caused the damage and mowed my lawn free of charge just to help out. Big hearts and amazing service.
I have to say that the level of care and professionalism I have experienced with this company exceeds any company of any profession I have ever done business with.
I want to thank you Matt for our very generous gift. Because it was unexpected it was a real surprise. I recommend you because you were efficient and thorough and I could rely on you. I was glad to be able to send Jack to you and know you will treat him fairly and efficiently .
The equipment they brought in is top notch. The owner came in to test saturation and humidity levels after 12hrs and then 24hrs later, and just now brought in another huge dehumidifier because he wasn't happy with the speed the saturation levels were dropping.
