So, My mother is widowed , with limited income since the passing of my FatherA year ago , shortly after my father's passing, her Central heating and air went outShe had a few heating and air technicians and EPB come out and look at it, and they said the problem was electricalSo she decided to call MrElectricBefore calling MrElectric, all of her appliances and hot water heater WORKED fine! MrElectric came to troubleshoot her unit, and whatever process they used to do so left her hot water heater, stove, microwave, and dryer NOT working! Mind you, all of these things WORKED FINE before Mr.Electric came to "troubleshoot" ! We have talked to everyone including the supervisor, who are denying responsibility! Offering to fix what they've destroyed for $3000! When it comes to people taking advantage of your parent, it honestly makes you want to resort to unlawful measures...but that will not fix my mother's situation..If anyone has any suggestions on what I should do to make MrElectric pay for taking advantage of my mother..Please let me know! Thank You!

Not a fair company at all! Im very disappointed in this companyThey sent a tech to my mothers home for an estimateHer only problem at the time of the call was a possible electrical problem with her central air unitI watched as he begin to troubleshoot after giving an ok on the outside box on the pole watts and inside as wellAt this point the only thing left to test is the unit itselfHe removed the cover and beginUnit comes on a few seconds and back off immediately following with an outage of the fridge, window unit, washer and dryerAs a result of this they gave a $estimate for the repairs needed to do our brand-new problemSo until my mother that lives off of social security gets this money some howShe will have no stove, no washer and dryer and no Comcast service that she pays for due to thisThey refuse to accept it was something he doneShe would be greatful if they would just restore it back the way it wasNo to this company!

We recently had a hot tub hooked up. We were told he would be there between 8-830 and he was on time and started work immediately. We had him also install an outlet in another room and have since set up a time for more work to be done. Very friendly and helpful.

Those guys some do not know any thing about electric just use their I pad for charging a lot of money for services that probably do not need . Sure they come fast when u call so they can rip u off specially if u know nothing about electrical. Basically they are very good sales persons experience in charging u a lot for nothing. There prices were 4 times more than any local electrition . I personally got scammed for 700 dollars job that did not needed . Changing beakers 700 that actual local sertified electrions do it for 100 dollars. On top of that those breakers were still good.. He was very happy to is like to make him money fast . 700 dollar for 20 minutes work that actually did not need. He said when he left now I can buy my dughter that I phone that she wanted for awhile .I hop that no body use mr electric and go to a local electrical instead . I will always tell all my friend how bad they are and everybody else. Ask around before hiring them if u do not believe me.
