I appreciate that they are agreeing to remove meHowever, I should have been removed when I asked the first times and not only after I took my complaint to the Revdex.com to get this resolutionClearly based on the resolution they offered, the removal of my name was NOT done prior to getting the support of the Revdex.comTo be a high quality and reputable business, a simple request like removing someone from a marketing list, should not require communications and then the involvement of the Revdex.comSo I think this should be marked as a negative on their Revdex.com record and it should be noted that I received the the resolution I had asked for twice only after I included the Revdex.com and their reputation may have been impacted by continuing to ignore me
