the life expectancy of the water heater; which is 10+ years. Our intention was to repair the leaks that appeared to be coming from the pipes on top of the unit, return it to working order, and save you money. The direction it all went was clearly not the outcome that any of us were hoping for.After reviewing the invoices, scope of work, parts expenses, and your correspondence, we would like to offer you a full refund if parts used in repairs can be returned to us. If this is not possible, then we can offer a partial refund minus total parts cost of $245.Please let us know what you would prefer.Again, we apologize for this situation and hope to resolve it fairly for all.Sincerely,Mr. Expert Plumbing Inc. The Customer's final response was the following:We just drove out to Superior and apparently there was a miscommunication and we will not be able to retrieve the parts.
