Customer brought phone to us with broken screen, everything functioned properlyScreen was replaced and tested, customer was shown that everything was working and was also given the device so she could test the phone before paying for repairCustomer called and said phone was glitching, we said
bring device in and we will fix, we told any defect is covered under month warrantyCustomer brought phone in, we tested, everythin was working perfectly with no issuesWe showed customer it she insisted it be replacedWe then put another new screen on device and again showed customer everything was working perfectlyCustomer Insisted back button was not workingI showed her back button was working , problem was she was not touching button, instead missing button and pressing next to buttonI showed customer what the issue was and she got very aggravated, aggressive and demanded a full refundI showed her our sign and that our receipts say no refundsCustomer then threatened to harass us on social media if she did not get refundPhone has no issues and customer has falsely harassed us on social mediaWe refuse refund and future service of this customer
