Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: It has been days, since MrFix It said he mailed the ipad. He has not delivered to us a tracking number, as promised on two different occasions. Sincerely,*** ***

Customer and I spoke multiple times, never did I not respond to the customer Every time they called including today I have spoken with them the item is being back to Texas, and shipping to oregon then back to Texas takes time

I discontent the customer that night, Mr *** and spoke and I informed him the parts would not be in until the following Tuesday, I was expecting a shipment however it was backed up at the post office due to Monday being a holiday When I originally spoke with Mr ***, he agreed to a
Tuesday appointment The following day Mr *** called again demanding a refund, when I told him of the no refund policy he was angry and Irate, MR*** came in on the Holiday and demanded his phone back Because his part for his phone could not be delivered due to the post office closures His phone was returned to him

Mr [redacted], your account was notated that when you and your brother came in, I did not yet have your screen that was ordered however you did ask me to replace a screen on your brothers phone in place of doing yours as a swap.  If I hadn't performed the service you requested of me as you had...

stated it, then there would be no notation on the account stating such an occurrance.  When you came in I did not yet have your screen form orders and in lieu of repairing your screen you asked me to repair a different phone for another person who came with you and you identified as your brother.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
I contacted Mr. FixIt on a Thursday to inquire about fixing my daughters iPhone screen. I found a [redacted] for screen repair from this business and call to see if it could be fixed that day. Initially he said he did not have a screen but had an order coming in. I said I would go elsewhere and magically he tells me he found a screen.   Mr. Fix It told me not to worry about the [redacted] he would give me the coupon price. 
I have my wife drop off the phone and she pays 79.99 with no services or parts exchanged. Tells her it will be ready that night.  I call on my way home from work to arrange to pick the phone up and it is not done because he does not have a screen after all.  Tells me it will be  Friday now.  Instead of calling on Friday I go to his business to pick the phone up. It is still not done and the parts did not come in. He tells me maybe Saturday but most likely Tuesday as mail was not delivered on Columbus Day. I tell him I would like to pick up the phone so my daughter can use it.  He finally finds the phone amongst a pile of repairs he has in process.  Nothing has been done to the phone. It is fully operable with the fracked screen so I tell him I will take the phone NEVER TELLING HIM I WOULD BE BACK ON TUESDAY. 
I decide to get my wife a new phone and give her old one to my daughter. When I come home my wife asks me if I got a refund. I said for what. She tells me he charged u me the 79.00. I send a nice emai admin for a refund. Call him the next day and that I would like a refund. He says no refunds on parts or repairs. I say we are coming to his office to get a refund.  When we arrive he has left for a Dr. Appt. and would return later. Shady at best. I then call again that afternoon ask nicely for a refund. No is the answe and refers me to the receipt. It say no refunds on repairs or parts. I inform him NO REPAIRS WER DONE AND NO PARTS WERE PURCHASED.   He hangs up. Call him back again and tell him I am going to do a charge back through my bank at which time he says if I do a chargeback he will assess the same card 150.00 which by the way is on his receipt. I say to him that if he does that he will regret it.  He says don't threaten me and hangs up. That was the last communication. 
I have an MBA and know the correct way to run a business. I contacte THE Revdex.com.  I might add that my wife and I did some searching about Mr. Fix It and found almost to a tee the exact thing described by another person. Also found several BAD reviews of terrible customer service. I like to support local business and gave him a try and now regret it.  My bank has told me I can charge back but am waiting for this resolution first.
