Jim Moore was hired to replace sump pump and quoted $for the jobIt took him minutes to replace once he went back home to get his correct tools His lack of organization is added into his hourly wage Yet, we were quoted a $for the job, more than $75/hr While at the home, he began pointing out things that needed repaired The front door wood at the bottom was rotting and he said needed to be repaired asap He said it would take a couple of hoursHe made numerous trips to *** *** and drying time in between applications of resin requiredHe then informed me it would be $75/hr At this point he claimed he was hrs in that day and the day before I let him go because he was not even done.This should have been a $job if that He was charging me for his numerous trips to the *** *** and sitting to wait to dry in between applications He is a scammer and dishonest During his time here, he was soliciting further business with any work that involved insurance claims He stated he was a genius with working with Insurance Companies and obtaining more monies for the jobs Enough money, he stated to refund your home deductible and another @$2,for a vacation His clients are very happy This is nothing less than insurance fraud and be aware that can come back to you
