I stayed here in October, so at least you know they are lying about remodeling last year. So yes, I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.

K[redacted], Attached are the rooms receipt from the Country Hearth Inn in Greenville, SC and the [redacted] in [redacted], SC.  My wife and I stayed both nights (Aug 20 & 21) at the [redacted] in [redacted].  You requested a credit card debit receipt from the Country Hearth Inn, but...

I did not receive one since I paid them via credit card information submitted in advance via email (I didn't like sending credit card information via email, but the manager insisted.  That should have been a "red flag" for me that I was dealing with a shady operation).  Hopefully, the two attached receipts will be sufficient, but let me know if I need to send you the credit card information email or if I need to get documentation from my credit card company.  Thank you so much for your assistance. D**
