I am rejecting this response because: The last time I heard from Joe Bellomo was Novwhen he stopped to drop off documents I had asked for several timesHe also had the final bill in his hand, but I directed him to several issuesHe said he would contact me when someone would be coming by to check things outI still have not heard from himI was told several times he was on a hunting trip in Alaska.I just happened to be outside when other people from ABC showed up Novto look at thingsThey did start working to correct items, but even these corrections are not satisfactoryThe workmanship is unacceptable.NovI texted Josh Montgomery asking for an itemized bill and certificate of completion, to be delivered by NovHe stopped by with his itemized bill, but said he could not find the certificate of completion, which I then obtained from my insurance companyAt that time, I notified him I was having a contractor come in to inspect the work they had done, and that I did not want them coming to work until I notified them.They have not tried to contact me since Nov27, by phone, text, or mail.The contractor notified me of quite a few issues that can only be remedied by tearing everything off and starting over

I apologize if nobody has contacted you since November 27th I spoke to the office staff and they told me they were not suppose to contact you until after the contractor looked at the home and you were ready to proceed further We have seen photos of the property taken by Joe and some of our office staff and we do know there is some issues that need to be rectified I have not seen this other contractors "report" so I don't know what all it says I have other capable crews besides the one who did the work initially who I know are qualified to do the repairs properly if you were to allow us to proceed We just need to get together after the holidays, look at the other inspector/contractor's "inspection report" and see what we need to do to move forward We can get something worked out one way or the other, but we need to have a meeting and try to move forward on this We are not in the business to walk away from unhappy customers with issues, and although their may be some lack of communication going on, we would like to make it right with you I do promise you that I am sorry for the inconveniences and we will make it right with you one way or the other we just need to sit down and go over the whole file Would you be interested in contacting us after the holidays and we will come by for a meeting? please email our office and we can get something set up [email protected] you!

To Whom It May Concern: We have been working on the complaints at this customers home both internally in our office and with the crew who performed the repairs on the home We have tried to contact the customer a few times trying to make an attempt to go review the repairs first-hand and
make a plan to get the unsatisfactory repairs fixed and make it right with the customer We have been told not during the holidays and she will contact us when she is ready We are not in the business to walk away from unsatisfactory workmanship and always try to take the necessary steps to make things right in the end so all parties are satisfied We were told not to contact the customer during the holidays, the customer does still have a large balance owed and we assumed we would satisfy the customer, the work and the contract, and then ask for payment once all repairs were done to satisfaction We do not think that filing a complaint without giving us the opportunity to either make the correction on repairs, or to work out the financial differences with the customer is necessarily fair At the end of the day, we would like the opportunity to appease and we apologize for any inconveniences it may have caused

I was told several times he was on a hunting trip in Alaska.I just happened to be outside when 3 other people from ABC showed up Nov. 16 to look at things. They did start working to correct items, but even these corrections are not satisfactory.
