MrFlush will now perform all my plumbing jobs that I cannot do

I have used Mr. Flush on several occasions and have had less than stellar experiences from greatly fluctuating costs and also the warranty on their services. I had them come in and rework all of my toilets and the work was supposedly guaranteed for one year. After 9 months one of the toilets began to do the exact thing that it was doing when I called them in the first place. When I called to inquire about their guarantee they said yes it was guaranteed but I had to pay more than the job cost in the first place for that particular toilet just to get them to come back. I was shocked and asked how that could be right because it was work I had already paid for. I have spent close to $1700 with Mr. Flush in 2014 and I am beyond disgusted that in order to get them to uphold their own guarantee I have to pay them just to come to my house. I am seeking to expose this practice as they told me there was no recourse. My only choice is to let them come back and fix the problem again and pay twice or get another company all together and pay for work that was done and guaranteed by another company. Something about this practice does not seem right.
