February 3, 2017Dear *** ***:I am writing in response to complaint set forth by *** *** ** *** (copy attached) As background, we are a third party for a company known as *** ***We accept payment for a number of utility vendorsService Electric was listed as one of the payments
which we acceptedNaturally, I did several and later found out it was a completely different companyOnce the error was noticed, we stopped taking those paymentsI had several conversations with *** *** regarding the problemI also had several conversations with Service Electric to make them aware of the situation and they assured him that he would not lose servicesAfter several phone calls and faxes to *** *** ***, I finally was able to get a confirmation yesterday that the money will be deposited back to Postage Plus and then I can disburse to Service Electric and make the accounts up to dateI also had a conference with Service Electric so we can make sure the accounts are ready to updateThis process will take 3-business daysI am sorry *** *** was dis-satisfied but my hands, up until this point, were tied due to being the middleman.I appreciate you affording me the opportunity to clarify the situationI also would like to let you know that I put customer service as number oneI always try to be helpful and would never intentionally do something to jeopardize my relationship with my customersShould you need any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me.Yours truly,Peggy T.
