Mr. Furnace

Dear Revdex.com; My name is [redacted] , owner of [redacted] of MrFurnace I have been in business for over years with a flawless record [redacted] bought a new central air conditioning system from us and due to the previous installation by the last company, there was no way to run the AC coolant lines through his crawl space and through the concrete foundation He clearly understood that the lines were to be ran on the outside of the house and was in agreement when my installers started working After the job was completed he complained about the installation, as was looking for compensation or removal of the system in an attempt to not pay us This job met all local codes and is working sufficiently to date The owner continues to make allegations that he should be compensated or receive a full refund We agreed to install a nice covering over the lines on the outside of his home which he approved After we completed the installation of said covering, he started complaining again This is clearly an individual that is trying to get something for free It is to my sincere disappointment and sadness, that I have tried everything in my power to give this customer satisfaction and have done so for customers over the past years and my company maintains a flawless record I feel that this complaint should not be attached to my records Please see the attached photos of our workmanship and the quality of installation performed I am highly recommended in the community and have clients all over Michigan Some of our clients are the [redacted] , [redacted] , [redacted] , [redacted] ***, [redacted] and the list goes on You can truly see that we are not a fly by night company If I can be of any further assistance, please contact me We take customer satisfaction very seriously and are dedicated to provide the highest quality of workmanship for the past years and well into the future.Regards, [redacted] of MrFurnace [redacted] ** [redacted] office [redacted] fax [redacted]
