Our company was signed up for a fixed contract with DNE Resources Leading up to the maturity date (Spring 2016), I had several phone calls from [redacted] to discuss the renewal of our contract After looking into it, I decided our company didn't have any huge savings or benefits from being on contract so I signed up with our default providers commencing after our contract with DNE was over In the months following the contract expiring I was [redacted] endlessly by several different people from DNE calling our office and absolutely refusing to cease the phone calls Initially I politely explained that we had opted to go a different route and thanked the individual for the call and asked that we be removed from their call list After continuing to get phone calls, I looked up their website and sent an email to their customer service department explaining my months of calls and my polite refusals and basically swore at them to lose my number I foolishly thought it worked They never responded to the email, but the calls stopped Until January Since January I've already gotten calls times I've asked to be removed from their call list times I've been assured they would do so different individuals who have all feigned shock and surprise that I should have been called so many times One of those people was the very same [redacted] that had initially been calling I've since sent her yet another email telling her to [redacted] off Be warned - you may not have issues with DNE Resources when your a customer - but once you are no longer a customer expect a level of [redacted] unparalleled by even the most psychotic stalker

This company has been calling my business weekly looking to talk with the "business owner"When I asked what they were calling about I was told "getting me better utility rates" I told her we weren't interested and if we wanted better rates we would just talk with the provider we were withI was then told that she was returning a call back as we had contacted them, when I asked her who she was looking for she said "Dan", when I told her no Dan worked here she continued to persist, I told her we didn't want the sales call and to please not call and then hung upExtremely unprofessionalplease stop calling us!
This company has called me several timesWhen asked who they were and what they were calling about and where they got my number from they hung up on me! the second time that they called the lady had some of my info but was again unable to answer my questionsShe was rude and was very unsure of herself leaving me with plenty of suspicion that this company is indeed a ***While not giving me answers but instead requesting I give her personal information I looked the company up on the internet and found numerous reviews of them being a ***Beware of this company as they are not a credible company
I tried to have them lower my electric rate since May 2016, with no avail When I signed up The rep at DNE said I could cancel anytime without a penalty I took it upon myself to sign up with Atco and guess what I just got my cancellation fees of *** from *** ***

they helped me get out of my previous fixed rate contract and get me onto a new program that made sense given the current market
