I am rejecting this response because:  The owner is not being truthful. The car wash is automatic however they use brushes and a water sprayer prior to the car entering the cash wash itself threat could have easily caused the damage. He offered me a refund for none reason. They were busy since it was good weather and our conversation getting heated. He didn't want other patrons to hear. He demanded that I leave and I was not going to leave till I was given his name and info that he refused. I only took the refund so I would have a receipt since he didn't give me one front the actual sale. This damage was not on my car before I let them take it to wash it. This business is poorly run and appears to be more of a front than an actual business. I have tried to stop and speak with them but they are never open.

The business called the Revdex.com on March 7, 2016 to inform the Revdex.com that the damage did not occur to the car at this business.   The business owner stated that this is a touchless car wash.  If a mechanism was broken, causing damage to the consumer's vehicle, it would have happened to the...

vehicles that followed.  There were no further complaints of damage by other customers. Business owner has provided pictures of the damage, which are attached.  As an act of good faith, the business owner states that the consumer was given a full refund for the services rendered.
