Could not reach by phone and no response to voicemail. Only after repeat messaging thru their webform got response but was ignored when I requested about quality control and testing

Desired Outcome

EASY - 1. Share what type of QUALITY CONTROL (QC) they do on their gummy products, such as whether all quality control inhouse or what 3rd parties. Also whether USP certified 2. Send labeled mailer so I can return a jar of one of their gummy products for QC-TESTING as I'm concerned about its quality and authenticity

We are surprised to receive this complaint by Mr. *** as we have never sold Mr. Gummy Vitamins' product directly to this individual and he is not Mr. Gummy Vitamins' client.

Mr. claims he purchased one of our products from a retailer (although we have no proof of purchase) and is not satisfied with the quality of the product he purchased from that retailer.

We are an FDA inspected facility and comply with very rigorous Industry Quality Standards for supplements and vitamins. We follow very strict Quality Control requirements and Quality Audits from all the Distributors and Large Retailers that we wholesale our products directly to for resale.

Per company policy, and as indicated on all our distribution agreements, we have directed Mr. to seek refund or replacement of product from the retailer he purchased this product from (according to that retailer's return policies) and to forward any complains to that company directly for proper handling.

Mr. insists we share confidential Quality Control procedures and information with him and perform individual testing on a product he did not buy directly from us, and for which Mr. Gummy Vitamins does not control the source or conditions in which the product was stored and handled after it left our facilities. We kindly instructed Mr. to contact the retailer he purchased the product from to seek remedy.

We request this complaint is voided as Mr. is not a *** of Mr. Gummy Vitamins and is requesting our company to share confidential information and perform testing when he should seek replacement or remedy by the retailer according to that retailer's return policy if he is not completely satisfied.

Their bizarre response contains false accusation and does NOT address the complaint whatsoever because my complaint has

1. Nothing to do w/refund

2. Nothing to do w/requesting proprietary/confidential data

(whether USP-certified and whether QC only inhouse or 3rd party is NOT proprietary/confidential)

I never knew or heard any other manufacturer refuse QC-support just because a product was bought thru their distributor. Obviously manufacturers have duty to handle QC concerns REGARDLESS whether *** bought from their distributor. This incl. testing and answering the basic QC questions, but Mr. Gummy incredibly refuses

He was in touch with our CEO on June 27th, via e-mail, and provided us with "questions and feedbacks" out of the blue since no products were sold to him directly, please see attached screenshot.

Please find our response to the two points Mr *** has brought up in his rebuttal.

1.- Mr *** claims that he never requested product replacement. But as you can see in the email exchange with our CEO (below), he clearly asked for a replacement since the beginning. It is clear that Mr *** has provided false testimony by saying this claim has nothing to do with refund. We repeatedly instructed him to request direct refund from the retailer he purchased the product from - for which he hasn't yet provided proof of purchase yet - but he has repeatedly ignored our instructions. The fact that he is misrepresenting the true reason why he initially try to contact us should be enough reason to void this claim - as it constitutes proof he is giving false testimony and shows lack of transparency in his motives.

2.- We are in fact and FDA inspected operation and follow very strict industry standards. We do inspect our products thoroughly and regularly in-house and in many cases are required to use laboratories and client laboratories to test our quality standards. Our testing procedures are in fact confidential. We are not required to disclose the details he has asked for to any individual or third party entity other than the government institutions and industry institutions responsible for monitoring such standards, or our distributors and resellers which demand a level of quality they can stand by when selling to their customers. Mr *** is NOT our client, he did NOT purchase the product from us, and we have no obligation to disclose our QC procedures to someone we don't have any association with, and is misrepresenting information.

I seem to have bought a "bad bottle" of your Adult Gummy Vitamins. Most Vitamins are all broken, mismatched sizes, or both! Very few of them are the correct size and are whole. Some vitamins are half the size of others, and a lot of them have missing pieces. Very strange!
LOT#XXXXX EXP 07/18 I just bought them from my local pharmacy in Tinley Park, IL. Please advise due to the odd sizes, these are defective and would require taking more than one vitamin in order to get complete nutritional Values and would be impossible to tell proper dosing. Thank you.

To whom it may concern .
thanks for sending us the complaint .
Mr Gummy is selling to distributors around the country and they resell it to the pharmacies and supermarket .
as far as I know we are selling a quality product that contain all the vitamins in it .
if you feel that you have bought a defective product I think you should return it to the store for a refund and they will sends the complaint through the distributor to us and we will take care of the issue , or we can send you a shipping label to pick up the bottle for testing .
we will overnight a replacement as soon as we hear back from you .
as a courtesy we will send you couple other products of your choice so you can try them , love them and be a Mr Gummy *** in the future ,you can select the products on our website www.mrgummyvitamins.com
please send us a few photos of the defective product if you still have it .
