We have received your correspondence dated January 27, regarding complaint ID #***.To answer to the complaint from our customer, we have the following items to state:A representative of the company met with the customer and compiled a list of every item the customer was unhappy with pertaining to the job she hired our company to perform on an official company proposal document. This list was gone over several times with the customer. The customer signed the document at the end of list stating that once these items were completed and/or corrected that she would consider the job complete and would pay our company for the job.On January 30, 2017, the customer signed the same document stating that the job was complete. As a courtesy to the customer and to put this matter behind us, we are willing to give her the 25% discount on the total bill that she has asked for in her complaint letter to your organization.The total amount of the final bill came to $which the customer is completely aware of. We are giving a $discount (25%). The final balance she now owes our company is $which is due in full at this time

This company is here today to finish the job and it still does not look like it shouldIt should look brand newI read the business' letter today to the Revdex.com and the business does not even see any wrong doingThe business does not feel I am owed a 20% discount and I feel I am owed
more than thatThey even damaged my bed postIf I had not gone to handyman store I would not have known that a permit was needed and that the window would not have met StCharles code. This business did not know any of this information and claim there was no wrong doingI asked Don that was coming out to do the work if he had a permit and he didn'tThe owner then said that it is the customer's job however nobody told me this nor do I know how to draw up the plansThe two just kept blaming each other for not getting the permit and I told him that one of them was going down there today to get the permitI want no less than a 25% discount from this jobThe messed up my bed and I have to pay to get all my clothes clean from the dustMy window trim was also scratched upI have been more than patient with them and they keep having excuse after excuseThis job was supposed to be completed in two Mondays and two Tuesdays however it is the end of January and it still is not finished I will not except anything than less than a 25% discountI am not paying for anything extra they had to buyIt is not my fault they bought paint, I had paint hereThey have inconvenienced me, damaged my bed and my clothes need to be cleaned
