Review: Several weeks ago a "technician" from this company repaired an interior/exterior French door threshold and seal, as the old threshold was leaking when it rained. After waiting 2 weeks for order of a new threshold (60 inch one) the technician replaced it. Firstly, it was only one inch rise, whereas the old one had been 1 1/2 inches?? Secondly, it was wood instead of aluminum like the old one. It faces outside....why would you use wood? After the first rain, it leaked under the threshold and significantly into the bedroom, from under the threshold, and soaked a brand new carpet ($2500 carpet I might add...high grade). Called and complained...he came and ran caulking along the base of the weather stripping. Next rain it still leaked and the carpet again was soaked. The sside weather stripping was not secured at the bottom and rain came in from there as well, which I had to screw down and seal myself. This time I left negative feedback on their site. No call back and never expected one really. So after spending nearly $600, I now have a much worse situation than I had originally and would have been better off. I have been ripped off this amount of money and now have a major issue on my hands which will affect the sale of my home, which is the reason I had this "fixed" in the first place. The workman was arrogant and thought he and no one else knew how to do this, and this whole job has been completely incompetent. I am out $600 to these thieves. And, I am being nice in my comments here, believe me. I am sincerely angry and tired of getting ripped off by Phoenix fly by night so called contractors. I could have done a perfect job myself and should have.

They contacted me and came out and give me an estimate for what needs to be done to fix my problem. After looking it over and then them coming back out to do the job, I asked them why they weren't replacing the sweep on the back door where my biggest problem was from getting bugs in the house. He said he could replace the sweep for another $50 onto the estimate and that he didn't think about checking it the first time he came out. ARE YOU KIDDING? When he originally came out, I told him that I need to seal up my house because I was kidding bugs inside, to include scorpions, and he said he understood and would seal it so that I didn't get any more bugs but yet he wasn't going to replace the sweep on the back door which is the prime entry point for these critters. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. Now I have to try to find someone else who is qualified to do the work and will do me a good job at sealing my house.
