Hi this is Todd S [redacted] with TNT RV serves and I'm responding to the complaint that had got turned in by one of our customers and we have all of our text from the customer and the receipts for him signing it when we started and at the end of the job and we had marked it as is and the amount he paid for the work not being complete and we had offered to come and do it and he refused and took it then had texted my employee saying we owed him for lp lines and we had said we didn't owe it do to we had taken a total of dollars off the bill which covered all that and more and then we offered him his back and then he refused that and then had ask for so as far as all of this goes we had tried to do what we could to please him and he just wasn't satisfied and we also explained to him that there is no time guarantee on time when stuff will be completed in the RV industry we just try to do the best we can and had explained this is more of a winter project but we try to accommodate everyone the best we canThank you! We are not asking to make any money on this transaction as $285 only brings us to a breakeven point with other work ( securing the equipment and work on the serving window still incomplete) We were promised that the work would be done on several occasions and was only told that this should have been a "Winter Project" several weeks into the work. If it was a winter project why did you accept it in late May? The estimate for labor was 27 and 1/2 hours (see attached work estimate) to complete the work. Please explain why this could not be completer in 8 weeks? We had a deadline that you were fully aware of to get an inspection on Monday morning. We laid out exactly what needed to be completed for us to pass the inspection. #1 on the list was having gas to our equipment in  order for us to be able to demonstrate that we could cook and that the installation was safe. We took the truck because you failed to deliver on your word several times including the Saturday when you knew it had to be completed. I am not sure how you were going to complete the gas installation on Sunday when you did not order the Gas Lines that you charged us for? This is a situation you created and you need to be accountable for the decisions made by your company and by Todd C[redacted] who represented himself to us as the Co-Owner who you have told us is just an employee.

I have offered back money lp lines. As I stated we took off the money we were charging to install, I can't give more than we were charging because another company charged more than us.

paid for the work not being complete and we had offered to come and do it and he refused and took it then had texted my employee saying we owed him 85.00 for lp lines and we had said we didn't owe it do to we had taken a total of 1200.00 dollars off the bill which covered all that and more and then we offered him his 85.00 back and then he refused that and then had ask for 285.00 so as far as all of this goes we had tried to do what we could to please him and he just wasn't satisfied and we also explained to him that there is no time guarantee on time when stuff will be completed in the RV industry we just try to do the best we can and had explained this is more of a winter project but we try to accommodate everyone the best we can. [The reason the other company charged more was because the work had to be done on a Sunday. If your company would have done what was promised or at least let me know that the work was not going to be completed earlier in the week we would have been able to have had the work done at a cheaper rate. You knew that we had an inspection with the health department on Monday morning and the work had to be completed. I still have to fix the serving window and secure the equipment that was in your quote and was not completed.  You have still not explained why you could not complete 27.5 hours of work in 8 weeks?]
