Could not complete contracted job, charged for additional parts without asking
I contacted MrHandyman to install a new garbage disposal They stated they did limited wiring I told them it was a new home and the wiring was there in a box already for it to be connected The lady said that was something they could do and the plumbing was easy issue for them They arrived and called to say they could not wire the disposal in This was one of the things I needed them to do for They could do the plumbing So I told them to go ahead and do the plumbing They then sent me a bill for additional parts and had never mentioned needing any additional parts They charged full price even though they could not fully complete the job they went there for for less than hour of work plus charged an additional fee dollars for extra parts which they did not tell me they needed Total mis communication The lady scheduling the appointment did not know what she was talking a

I hired MrHandyman to do some simple projects around my house A repairman was sent who was inexperienced and performed substandard work
The work took place on 8/29/ A tech by the name of *** was sent There were projects: Install an outdoor light, patch some sheet rock and install some bathroom ventilation fans The tech was extremely slow and sloppy He spent hours ($per hour) Nothing was completed and the amount that was completed needs to be ripped out and redone by a qualified repairman
