We were hired to repair a closet shelf and clothes rod That repair was done on the area pointed out to us, other areas were inaccessible due to the customer's belongings We were then called back later to repair another portion of the same closet that had the same type of failure as the first The customer accused our tech of not repairing the closet correctly and/or completely at the first visit When our tech pointed out that he had not worked on the portion currently failing the customer started accusing our tech of calling him a liar After being verbally abused, our tech did respond with a vulgar word and left the premises We certainly do not condone vulgarity, but our techs are there to work, not to be abusedThis customer is welcome to take his business elsewhere
