Mr Heat incorrectly installed a 120,BTU Trane furnace in our square foot house years agoCondensation pipes incorrectly installed, 2nd stage wiring was set into a loop with no switch, vents and ducts were not changed to accommodate the large heat output of this furnace, and no fresh air pipe was placed to draw in airAs a consequence, we have had nothing but problems every year with this furnaceCalls to MrHeat have been anything but fruitfulThey have been downright rude to us, claiming they have no evidence of ever installing a furnace for us- hence they will not fix the problems their incorrect sale and incorrect installation has createdSince the furnace cannot heat and run properly- the internal parts of this furnace have cracked and rustedWe have to buy another new furnaceWe paid Mr Heat $6,for a Trane furnace and their "professional" installationHad Mr Heat been professional - they would not have sold us the biggest furnace they had, without making sure our home had adequate size/vents, etc for the size of this furnaceWe now have to spend another large amount of money for a proper sized furnaceWe are going with a more reputable company this timeThanks Mr Heat
