This company advertising that they will give you $100.00 on the spot once your process is completed. Now they told me once mind was done in 2-3hours I will get my $100.00. Then when I called them they changed it to the following Monday morning. So they put me in a bad situation when I didn't get the money.Desired Settlement: Pay me my money- NOW!!!!

I received a random letter not even from a post office delivery man stating that there is a complaint with a false advertisement. A Sharon N [redacted] stated "the company will give them $100.00 on the spot once process was completed" but we were not even open that day this must be a mistake none of our advertising or business cards. We never received a call this is a false accusation. Please contact me as soon as possible to clear this up because with more then 20 years working here I have never had such complaint.
