Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint The response provided by this business is proof to me that there is no accountability for any actions performed by this business When I called earlier this year ( [redacted] ) and spoke to owner, he told me the company does not keep records for more than year In the last response provided during this email, he states they only keep records for 90days I don't understand I have attached documentation of all the transactions that have transpired between us The receipt I received has no delivery date, no tracking number, no shipping address or shipping cost, nothing that states 2-3days of delivery, no confirmation number, nothing of the sort It has a receipt number which means nothing to me if the owner cannot provide proof of actually shipping my product to my address I don't understand how a legitimate business that supposedly ships products all over the world (world wide web) cannot have a system to track shipments They only have a solid system in place of taking your money and showing proof that they took your moneyThis sounds like a fraudulent business to me.As you can see from the attachment, I ordered more than just hair from the [redacted] website I also ordered hair products as well So, I don't understand how I am trying to extort hair just because I ordered hair from you I should be in direct contact with the actual [redacted] company, instead of MrIndian Hair It seems fraudulent that MrIndian Hair is attached to the [redacted] Website Consumers buying products from the [redacted] website are not informed of this until the [redacted] deducts the money from their account I found it bizzare that nothing that indicated [redacted] Hair was on my receipt The other attachments are my attempts to follow-up I have worn hair for a long time I know that there are often back orders or products out-of-stock There is no mystery in the hair-world about this The only strange thing about this company is the lack of folland accountability about missed orders, delayed orders, misunderstandings, whatever I am very understanding about this Other hair companies on the internet prove me right Just try to order an item from other hair companies online, and compare their process of accountability to that of MrIndian Hair.I did some research online and found out that apparently, the Texas MrIndian Hair store was robbed in November of *** I am truly sorry for this unfortunate incident This is a possible reason why other customers had to suffer and not get their products This is fine, if MrIndian Hair did not take their money without delivering their product.I would like my appropriately ordered products or my full refund Thank you Regards, [redacted]

I'm responding to a complaintThis person purchased hair from *** NOT Mrindianhair.comThe customer purchased hair in *** and I did not speak with her directly until ***She claims she sent numerous emails and calls before we spoke in ***This is simply not trueShe
had no problem reaching me in *** and out of all of these emails she came up with One- in ***I told the client that we do not keep shipment records PAST the date that our merchant account requires which is daysShe did not reach out before this timeWe have NEVER had a consumer purchase hair, and then wait months to say we didn't receive the orderWe always ship paid ordersI asked her why did she wait months, as I had yet to meet a customer who placed an order, called numerous times and sent numerous emails (alledgedly), with no response and did not file a claim with their credit card company in form of a chargebackOn both mrindianhair.com it clearly states in the about us section how long it takes for an order to be shippedThere is no hair company I know about in the U.Sor abroad that does retail and takes months, let alone months. She waited longer than the time allotted by our merchant account holder (***.com) and longer than credit card companies allow charge backsShe threatened us with you (Revdex.com) which is a veiled attempt at extorting some more hair

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  The response provided by this business is proof to me that there is no accountability for any actions performed by this business.  When I called earlier this year ([redacted]) and spoke to owner, he told me the company does not keep records for more than 1 year.  In the last response provided during this email, he states they only keep records for 90days.  I don't understand.  I have attached documentation of all the transactions that have transpired between us.  The receipt I received has no delivery date, no tracking number, no shipping address or shipping cost, nothing that states 2-3days of delivery, no confirmation number, nothing of the sort.  It has a receipt number which means nothing to me if the owner cannot provide proof of actually shipping my product to my address.  I don't understand how a legitimate business that supposedly ships products all over the world (world wide web) cannot have a system to track shipments.  They only have a solid system in place of taking your money and showing proof that they took your money. This sounds like a fraudulent business to me.As you can see from the attachment, I ordered more than just hair from the [redacted] website.  I also ordered hair products as well.  So, I don't understand how I am trying to extort hair just because I ordered hair from you.  I should be in direct contact with the actual [redacted] company, instead of Mr. Indian Hair.  It seems fraudulent that Mr. Indian Hair is attached to the [redacted] Website.  Consumers buying products from the [redacted] website are not informed of this until the [redacted] deducts the money from their account.  I found it bizzare that nothing that indicated [redacted] Hair was on my receipt.  The other attachments are my attempts to follow-up.  I have worn hair for a long time.  I know that there are often back orders or products out-of-stock.  There is no mystery in the hair-world about this.  The only strange thing about this company is the lack of follow-up and accountability about missed orders, delayed orders, misunderstandings, whatever.  I am very understanding about this.  Other hair companies on the internet prove me right.  Just try to order an item from other hair companies online, and compare their process of accountability to that of Mr. Indian Hair.I did some research online and found out that apparently, the Texas Mr. Indian Hair store was robbed in November of [redacted].  I am truly sorry for this unfortunate incident.  This is a possible reason why other customers had to suffer and not get their products.  This is fine, if Mr. Indian Hair did not take their money without delivering their product.I would like my appropriately ordered products or my full refund.  Thank you.

I purchased this hair 2 weeks ago and it is tangling and matting up really bad. The hair is horrible and was a waste $475.
