Our store has a return policy of days from purchase date with receipt which is clearly stated in our storeThe ink levels in any remanufactured ink cartridge purchased from anyone will not show 100% full, only the Original Manufacturers Cartridge will read full

Again, we will refund the $on the Visa/Mastercard charged even after the days expired (with cartridge turned in) but the customer paid $for the Hot Deals Coupon so the additional $needs to be collected directly from Hot Deals Hawaii since they ran the customers credit card for it and not usThey independently run the coupons and are solely the ones that collected the money for the coupon and not our store
