Review: On or about May 2014 I gave my gold chain to repair the clasp. They misplaced the chain and while he agreed to replace the chain he keeps stringing me along. As of Decembet 2014 he informed me that I should pick up a replacement chain at the end of January. I went today and again was told to come back the middle of February.I need your help in letting the [redacted] replace my chain and stop giving me he run around.Desired Settlement: I would like an equal replacement value to my chain.
