Mr. Jim's Deals on Wheels Reviews (12)

The customer stated that we fixed a couple of items for free and that we did offer free service labor. He did not buy a new car and is not being truthful about his problems. I will not be held up or criticized for doing and running a fair and honest business. There will be no free lunch for this young man.

We at Mr Jim's Deals on Wheels did sell a 2006 Dodge Charger with a 36mo or 36,000 mile warrantee to Wesley M[redacted] and [redacted] ( the customer) on 09/10/2015. approximately 8 months later the customer called and stated that the warrantee was not in effect and that they...

had a problem with the car. We checked with the warrantee company and they were not accepting any new policies so theirs was not accepted. We at Mr Jim's had accepted the responsibility  of the warrantee for the customer. We had the customer bring the car in to us and had  fixed the 2006 Charger with no charge to the customer and  have been liable for the 3year 36,000 mile warrantee since. If the customer  wants to cancel at this time they can submit a cancelation form and we would be glad to do a cancelation.

mechanically inclined but still insisted on taking the Mustang to his mechanic before purchasing it. That is always an option that we allow. After his purchase we did not hear anything from him and after a couple of months James called and said that his front struts and rear shocks all needed to be replaced, I James Daidone personally set things up for him, being that he bought the car from us I offered to do the labor for free which was a value of over $300 , he was to pay for the parts, after weeks of working for [redacted] he called my mechanic and said that he was going to do the replacements himself. This is the first I am hearing about the camshaft, steering rack, ect. This is a used car, 9yrs old and over 100,000 miles things are going to go wrong. This car was in good working order when he bought it and that is all we are responsible for. I did extend free service labor, he chose not to accept.  Thank You [redacted]

we have a contract showing we bought a warranty with a legitimate warranty company.  It was never purchased on our behalf like he should have. We have been fighting with Jim since February 2016. Phone records to prove it. Jim also gave us information on a different warranty company he said he would get for us but never did. We have never been offered nor would we have agreed for Jim's dealership to do the repairs. We would only go to a reputable shop for that. We have gone ahead and filed a complaint with the Arizona attorney general with the consumer complaints department to get a full refund of the warranty we purchased but never got

The customer called me with a problem with their car and that the warrantee was not in effect. We had them come to the dealership and said that we would warrantee the vehicle, we did and we replaced their fuel pump at no charge to them. They were happy and we kept the invoice to prove that we did honor their warrantee. If they want to cancel we would do a pro-rata for them with no problem.   Jim

I pointed out several things wrong with the car and got done yes they told me the free labor but why should I have to pay for the parts I told them about front and rear noise but they apparently never had time to get me in they should have laid for the parts not to mention the parts they wanted me to buy were the cheapest parts available I'm okay I won't touch those . the parts that are failing are parts they should have been able to tell if the car was properly inspected they half fast jobs and now I want them to pay the price I would be glad if I even got 1k back from them this is ridiculous and they should have there business license revocted for failing to properly inspect the vehicle everything that is failing is a safety hazard please don't let them get away with this

Mr. Jims Deals on Wheels was extremely helpful during the whole buying process. They are very good at being very pushy and trying to pressure you into buying a car. I saw a truck that was perfect for me. It wasnt the best looking truck but it did everthing I needed it to do and being a first time car buyer I was excited that they were able to finance me.

3 days after I purchased the vehicle I took it to my mechanic and he did a inspection on it and said it needed about 3500 dollars worth of work. I then took it back to Mr Jim deals on wheels and jim straight out called me a liar then proceeded to tell me there was nothing they would do after about 2 weeks they finally said that they would work on the major things that needed to be done they said it would take 3 days. After 3 days I went to pick it up and they said they haven't started working on it it took them 12 business days to finish it. Once I got the vehicle back I took it back to my mechanic and he said they replaced the old parts with extremely used parts then about two weeks later after owning the vehicle for one month the transmission went out I took it back to Mr Jim's deals on wheels and again they said there was nothing they could do so this truck that cost me ten thousand dollars I ended up having to put 6000 dollars into it so now iv payed $16000 for a truck. During this whole process every time I called they would put me on hold for about 10 minutes and then say they would call me back but I would never received a call back. When I would go to the dealership to speak with jim he was extremely rude and disrespectful. After I felt I couldn't handle it by myself I had my parents go in with me and it was like we were speaking to a totally different man he was extremely nice and polite but still said he would not do anything.

I will never go back and I recommend nobody goes and purchases a vehicle from this place unless you want a lemon.

Great car buying experience for me, even though I have (very) sub-prime credit. They were honest, up front, and patient with me when explaining all the in's and out's of my contact. They also got me into a great car (a ford focus SEL) and beat the payment and interest rate of everyone else. These guys are getting my business for life.
