Mr. Jim's Pizza

We placed an online order for pizza and salads. Immediately, we did get a call from Jim's telling us that they were OUT of lettuce. We told them to give us credit for the salads. The girl said okay!

Our delivery arrived minus the salads. A couple of days later my credit card still shows no credit. I tried to call the store and nobody would answer the phone. We called Mr. Jim at corporate 1-972-267-5467. I talked to Jim. He said it wasn't a franchise owned store. Sorry, but he did take our phone number.

It's irrational that the company would provide shady services. We would get pizza 3 or 4 times per month. from Jim's. We're done with Jim and we've been buying from Jim's since 1993.

Hi, I have had every fast-food pizza chain pizza there is. Pizza Hut WAS my favorite, not anymore. Mr. Jim's is the BEST! I had never tried it before, until one was built less than a mile from my home. I live in Dallas and my Mr. Jim's is located at 8300 Elam Rd. Suite: #100, Dallas, TX 75217. I am so glad they moved into the neighborhood. They have more topping options and fresh I might add. I go there every week now. My pizza is made fresh with their fresh ingredients. The cheese is gooey hot and melting, I love the sauce and the dough is cooked to perfection and taste better than any other. Five Star Pizza and Service for sure!
