Biltmore Roofing advised me that I needed to replace the fans that were in my roof They replaced them with fans that required electrical connection I was NOT advised that the new ones were different from the old ones I had I also was NEVER advised that the fans I had required an electrical connection I had problems with shingles coming off my roof and they had a representative from their company come out to look inside the attic to see if there were any leaks The representative advised me that the fans in my attic looked, "PRETTY NEW" and he scoffed that they had not been hooked up I advised him that it was HIS company that had installed those fans and I was never told that they needed to be hooked up! Biltmore Roofing sent out another one of their reps and he was extremely rude and told me that for the price I paid that the fans were obviously not solarHe also told me they were roofers not electricians Being a consumer and neither a roofer or electrician I had no idea

Because of the quality work that was done on my personal residential roof by Biltmore, and also because*** *** told me they give referral fees for any new business, I referred them to my church to get a quote on our sanctuary roof that needed to be replaced along with gutters and down-spoutsAfter meeting with the then Biltmore representative, Mr*** and submitting the quotes to our church board, my church voted to contract Biltmore for the jobCommunicating this and signing the contracts, one for the roof and the other for the gutters, I was told once again that after payments were made I would get a referral fee a little larger because of the size of the job and in addition Biltmore would give a donation/bonus to the church for the businessEverything went as planned and Mr*** even went to some of the neighbors in the area

The company refused to do my roof work although I had cash for the work because the employee who answered the phone hung up on me when I told her about an offer that was written on my estimate by their salesmanI was just calling to verify the discount offer on our estimateWhen I called back, I was told the company would rather not do business with us because of the phone call that his employers gave me wrong information which he confirmed was valid regarding the duscountUnbelievable and honestly your company does not deserve our moneyI will tell all of my friends and family about your poor customer device and unbelievable remarks/behaviors
We contacted Biltmore Roofing after our gutter fell off of our home Their initial response was quick We had to have a section of our gutter replaced The man who came to help us had very poor equipment and needed me to get up on a ladder with him to get the job done in the windy weather We waited for and 1/months for our new gutter to be put on We called at least times to get information of when the new gutter would be put on our home, with no response We left as many messages Finally I came home one day to find a large mess in my backyard; looked up and saw that I had a new gutter No one called or told me they were coming, so I was at work Amazingly they have called me non stop since the institution for payment We finally spoke with a man who threatened to come 'rip the gutters off our house? , then hung up on us Terrible business practices! We will NEVER use this company again !!!
Company installed the wrong flooring in closet, charged me for a job that wasn't done and owes me a refund for not doing something on the job list
Nov I had black mold in master closet so this company comes in and fixes the issue with the black mold They had to rip out my brand new hard wood floors and they replaced them with the wrong flooring I even gave the company the information on where to get the same exact flooring They even charged me over $to take down and put back up a shelving unit which I wouldn't let them do but they charged me for it They also charged me for fixing the reason I had the water leak but they never fixed the problem When Kurt, the owner came out in July to look at the closet he asks what I want to doI said put the correct flooring down He left my house without even agreeing to my termsSaid I was fighting with him and being combative Which I was never combativeI weigh pounds, I can't get combative with a man that weighs
