elaborate upon my own version of events
Upon meticulous review of the July 5th surveillance footage pertaining to MsBflDl.elle's purchase of
one of our kegs, it became easily discernible that she received the requested keg; this fact stands in
stark contrast to Ms*** claim that she received a product other than the Allagash White beer
keg she requestedI can provide official proof of purchase as well, if neededFurthermore, it took
Ms*** an extensive time period of one week to return the aforementioned keg to our business,
despite the fact she filed a complaint to the Revdex.com on the same day she made the purchase
Close inspection of the .returned keg revealed that Ms*** had already consumed two-thirds of
the alcohol contained inside said keg; however, despite having already tampered with the product, she
was adamant in demanding some form of refundABC law clearly states that no refunds are required
for products that have already been partially or fully consumed by the customer

Review: I purchased a keg from this business on July 3, 2014. I paid $129.49 for a 5 gallon keg and a CO2 refill. The keg I purchased should have been Allagash White, for $103.95. I received the keg from the sales clerk, and the sticker on top had the beer printed on it - "Allagash White". I brought the keg home and took off the sticker to reveal a cap that said "Hop Side Down". I just assumed that this was a random cap that the company used to seal the keg. After tapping the keg, different friends consumed the beer, but I did not try it until the night of July 4, 2014. When I tasted the beer, I immediately knew it was not Allagash White, or even the same type of beer. Allagash is a Belgian White and the beer we received was an IPA, as we noted through tasting the product. My husband brought the keg back to Mr. Keg's on July 5, 2014. The clerk stated that since half of the beer was gone in the keg, we could not return it for the correct product. He tried to say that they didn't even have the Hop Side Down and that I couldn't have purchased the keg from them. However, after reviewing purchase information in their computer, he did see that I had purchased the Allagash White and the store had given me the wrong keg. The only remediation he offered to fix the problem was $10 off our next keg purchase because a different beer by Wydmer, the company who makes Hop Side Down, was being sold at Mr. Keg's for $93.95 - a $10 difference from the keg we purchased. The store does not know for a fact that the keg they actually sold us is Hop Side Down - this is just what the cap said. In fact, since they told us they don't carry Hop Side Down anymore, I highly doubt that is the keg they gave us.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund from the company, as the beer they provided me was not what I purchased. I received an inferior product compared to what I paid for. The company does not know for sure what beer they gave me, so a $10 store credit is unacceptable. The product was mislabeled by the company, and that is their fault - not mine. I will return the keg they gave me, which still has beer in it.
