Mr. Klean Carpet Cleaning

Hello I call this company to shampoo my carpet. And all the problems I had to get that done, I should have precise with another company, very unprofessional office manager is who she said she was speaking. my appointment all missed up that will take all day to explain. So finally the owner call and said she was new and did not know, so I gave it another change big mistake, these to men came over trying to charge more than what the owner had quote, and I told him that all I was giving him ,start saying he was not going to make any money off this job!i told he didn't have to do the job! He very much half clean the carpet on his cell phone most of the time he was her,e broke my vase that was in my bedroom ask if I need to call the company,he statement he had to pay for it and he needed to get his kids toys out if the lay-away And I said ok and after Christmas, I text him about my money, he told me he Had not been to work because he truck broke down. I text him again no response! I call the company to let the owner know always. Spoke with the female office manger saying he was still asleep or out if the office never got a response or call back from him. I call her and told her I would call with a complaint with Revdex.com. I used this company services 07/05/13 and gave my debit card info over the phone and they have debited my account again on 7/9/14 for 199.75. I contacted my banking institution when I discovered the transaction and we did a conference call and discovered the phone number is no longer in service. We have to wait for it to clear. I have not contacted the company since July 2013. They have debited the exact amount again July 2014 and it is a per service company.Desired SettlementAny damages in which this company has caused. I'm not sure if they've opened a business under a different name or not.
