---------- Forwarded message ----------Mr*** has a curious analogy comparing a functional power seat to stationary car batterySimple fact remains, that seat functioned perfectly when dropped offIt did not when I picked it upIf an employee noticed it was not moving forward properly, WHY would they drive it to an extreme forward position? Sorry, bad choice. My opinion of THAT Super Sonic location remains unchangedI found the young Assistant Manager there the most professional of all I had contact with!Good news is that in the end Mr *** DID come through and DID reimburse me for the part, repair AND the original detail work. However, this ONLY happened after social media posts and a Revdex.com complaint.Thank you Revdex.com for all the great work you do for the consumer. So yes in the end, Supersonic did make it right. Thank you

Tell us why here...Thank you for your business with Supersonic Car WashI apologize for the inconvenience, we don't want any of our valued guests to have an unpleasant experience while they are here.Our tire shine machine is currently setup to accommodate average to large size tires on the
road, any small or extra large tires tend to get unbalanced coverage when it is appliedUnfortunately we have to calibrate the unit to the majority size tires that go through the car wash, we did however make alterations to the chemical that is being applied which should help your application. The new chemical is much thinner and should not clump up as much. I do not know if this will completely solve your issue, but it should help. When you wash here on your next visit, take a look at your tires & rims, if they are still unsatisfactory, I will gladly discontinue your wash pass, and refund your current payment to our companyWhen you come in, ask for me and I will do my best to resolve this issue.Thanks again,Shawn (Manager)801-467-3421sb***@supersoniccarwash.com

In response to Ms*** ***’s complaint, let me start by saying I am sorry that she feels that the damage to her seat happened at SupersonicBoth the location manager and myself looked at the scratchI am sorry, but I do not believe that this was caused by us or one of our employeesIt is true
that Ms*** *** spent quite a while taking pictures of our employees and our operationShe failed to mention however that we also provided her with a flash drive containing video footage of her vehicle from multiple camera viewsI would like to also point out that I did inform Ms*** *** that we do occasionally get customers who notice some flaw or other marks of some sort after they have washed their carThis is especially true because most times customers are carefully inspecting their vehicle after it has been washed and they see things they did not notice beforeI explained to her that if we thought we had done the damage, we would already be making arrangements to get the problem fixedIt was at this point that Ms*** *** basically called me a liarI know she was upset but that comment was out of lineI then instructed the manager to copy all footage to a flash drive and give it to herShe did inform us that she would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.comI told her that was her prerogative. The second issue I would like to address is the claim that Ms*** *** was treated the way she was because of her skin colorThis is another comment that is out of line and simply not trueMs*** *** was not treated rudely or unfairly in any wayI simply informed her that I did not believe that we had cause the damageAgain, I regret the incident, but I can not in good conscience pay for something I do not believe we didIf the Revdex.com has some sort of 3rd party arbitration service and they would like to inspect the facility and view the video we provided to Ms*** ***, I would be happy to see what they have to sayIn conclusion, I again am sorry, but my position has not changed Dave T***

I am sorry that Mr*** is upset and feels that we are responsible for the malfunction of an electronic seat control moduleHis main point seems to be "If you break it you buy it!" While I actually do support that, it is our belief that we did not do anything to cause an electronic module to
failThis is no different than if a customer comes in and the battery in their car happens to fail while the car is at our locationThere is nothing we did that would have caused thisSimply moving the seat forward using the power button to do so is not negligent nor should it have caused the module to fail, unless it somehow shorted the module out, in which case, again we did nothing wrongAs to Mr***'s claim that our manager was condescending, rude, lacked customer service training, etc., I can not speak to that as I was not there to hear whatever conversations took placeHowever I am reasonably sure that there are two sides to every story and I really do not want to get into a "I said He said" debateThat being said, it still would not change the fact that we did not actually do anything to cause the problem as far as I can tellIf Mr*** would like to have his mechanics call me and tell me what they think we did that would have caused this I would be happy to listenMy number is 801-355-As for insurance, that is not relevant as we do not submit claims to our insurance unless they are at least $5,or moreIn other words we only use insurance for something major or catastrophic.? Again I regret the incident and perhaps we could have handled things differently, however ultimately it comes down to did we actually cause the damage or not.Sincerely,Dave T***

information I have?
