Mr. Leak Detective, LLC

I received a letter that my business has received a complaint. The letter was sent with a wrong name and to an incorrect address not affiliated with the business, but luckily I was able to receive it today. We were initially was contacted to detect a leak on 9/16/2016. When the
technician arrived at the house the caller was not home, but her mother authorized the technician to begin work. Using the auditory equipment and a moisture meter, the technician identified an area, marked it, and left the location. Later that evening, the technician was called back to the location by the customer who stated that the leak was not in the location that was marked and she needed him to come out and re-locate the leak. When the technician arrived onsite, the customer did not even identify herself or attempt to speak with the technician, but instead left all communication up to the contractor who appeared to be a family friend whom she had on site. The technician again used auditory equipment and identified that the only other area with leak sounds was near the water heater and identified this area to the contractor. The contractor informed the technician that he would not be checking the location until the next day. The technician told the contractor to contact him if the leak was not found near the water heater. MrLeak Detective did not receive a call back from the customer or the contractor after the technician left the second time. Leak detections are performed utilizing high tech auditory equipment, moisture meters, and thermal imaging equipment when applicable. MrLeak Detective is always thorough when identifying the location of a leak. When our technician identifies the area/origin of the leak, we are confident in that location. We are, however, not responsible for any damages associated with utilizing the leak location information provided since the equipment has limitations. This information is provided to all of our customers. Furthermore, we never received contact from the customer after 9/16/stating that the leak location from the second visit was incorrect. Had we received a call, we would have immediately returned and, upon verification that the location was incorrect, refunded the leak detection fee or re-located according to the customer's preference. Unfortunately, since the customer made no attempt to contact us and we are unable to verify that the leak location was incorrect, we are unable to offer this customer a refund. May I also request that you remove incorrect business information? Our address is not, and has never been *** *** *** ***. Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The original address this was sent to was found on the secretary of state website and when that was returned, I utilized the address provided by Bud T[redacted] when he forged a check made payable to "Indiana Leak Detection" rather than Mr. Leak Detective or Bud T[redacted]. 
Additionally, Bud never (on both occasions) mentioned that a leak was detected by the water heater and he was present to assess the work done by the contractor, as he witnessed for over an hour the work they proceeded to do after he marked a SECOND spot, which was inaccurate. 
I would not call him out a third time after 2 false markings, when their website states "pinpoint accuracy."  Since they refuse to offer a refund or accept fault, I will be forced to contact News * for help.
