I wanted to get my winter tired put on but the mechanic realized my summer tires are too used. He said he couldn't put them on because of that, but still charged me for removing my winter tires for no reason.
This has been forwarded to the store where it occurred. A store manager will contact the customer and work to rectify the situation.
