Mr. Lube

I took my car in for two new tires and a tire rotation. They weren't treating my car in a professional manner but I just shrugged it off since I should never have to come back for anything. About a week later I went to torque up the lug nuts, which is required, and I noticed that they put my new tires on inside out. Both tires said "this side in". So I kept calm, everybody makes mistakes, and I took it back. They had a look and agreed that they didn't mount the tires properly and switched them around for me. After a week or so I went to re-torque the lug nuts on the tires they switched around and I noticed a different style lug nut from the rest. I went to tighten it and all it did was spin. They had lost one of my lug nuts and tried to replace it with one that didn't fit and threaded the wheel stud. Instead of taking responsibility for their actions they just slapped the cover back on and let me drive away knowing that I only had 3 out of 4 lug nuts on my back wheel. The gift certificates are completely useless to me since I will never take my car there again but I guess it's the thought that counts. [redacted]
