We have advised *** *** that her system needed to be renovated or replaced, she has advised us that she would be selling her home and did not what to invest any more into the sprinkler systemThe sprinkler heads are old and tend to stick and not fully come up causing a flooding situationWe
are sorry for any inconvenience we have caused to her due to our schedule this is a very busy time of our season The moneys that *** *** what's as a refund was for work that we have completed on a separate visit to repair a copper line that was damaged and has nothing to do with her current problemThank you

I was lucky I only had to wait about or mins to get inFacility was clean and I enjoyed reading the complimentary newspaper in my car while it was serviced Farshad my technician was friendly and thorough and ensured I knew everything that was done

Went in for a routine oil changeMy car was fine no warning lights no issues only has 60,km on itTypically these people love to upsell I said no to all just wanted an oil changeDuring the service he showed me a print out from a time I wasn't even at the shop yet and that my battery needed a replacementStrange cause my warning light was never one nor did the car ever give me a warning light Not sure what he did to the car but when my oil change was done the car wouldn't startNote I've never had an issue with my car not startingHe claimed it was the battery and told me I could either pay plus tax for a new one or they could push the car out or $for a boostHe obviously did something to my battery I said okay boosted it he boosted it for $bucks and said it would never restart once I cut it offWell he's wrong and the battery was fine but let they made me feel untaken care of and forced into a situation***

I was able to examine the rims of Mr*** on July 7, at pm.I was aware that there were scratches made on the installation of the tires at our location.I examined all rims and all rims have scratches that were made by us and scratches and curb marks made prior to the rims coming to us.My
estimate of the scratched area is that the ones made by Mr.Lube is about 10% of the scratched area with the remaining scratches being made elsewhere.From my experience refinishing the rims will cost approximately $each, or $for all 4.Giving the customer the benefit of the doubt in my estimate I doubled our portion to 20% and therefore $of the total amount.The refinishing is a complete process and you cannot do a partial refinishing.I offered Mr*** $100.00, he refused, wanted $or nothing.*** ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Cerullo did not tell me that my sprinkler system needed extensive repairsHe replaced a piece of pipe and said I needed a plumber to fix a leak inside the house, but not necessary right away(Which I already had done) When he left my home, the sprinkler system was supposed to be iin working orderI was not told that any other repair was necessary at that time. The next day I saw a pool of water on my sidewalk where there had not been water in the pastI waited until the sprinklers had been on another time and there was still water which never went away in the same area. I then called Cerullo and asked them to come by and see what the problem wasI was told that he would come byI called every few days after that because the puddle of water never dried up and I was afraid that someone might slip After two weeks I was given an appointment for one week later between 8-in the morningI I waited until 1:30 in the afternoon but nobody came and nobody called me back when I tried to reach Cerullo on the day of the appointmentI have now turned the sprinkler system off and have contacted another technician to repair the problem which seems to involve a head that is constantly leaking in that area when the system is on Cerullo did not answer my phone calls from the day he did not keep his appointment with me.

I had noticed heavy burning oil smell coming from my *** *** Coupe *** ** when I started up the carI checked my engine oil and it was well overfilled far above the safe perimeters which was serviced by MrLubeI drove straight there to bring it up to their attentionThe supervisor agreed that the engine oil was well overfilled and agreed to cover the costs for a new oil change after much back and forth talkI asked him to make an incident report copy so I am able to prove it if neededSupervisor had stated, for them to print the incident report copy for me there needs to be a paid amount for the oil change, which was in the amount of $I had told them I was not going to pay for their mistakesThey called the head manager of that location on the phone
The manager stated they are not taking any responsibilty for their screw up on behalf of my car with overfilling of the engine oil and any side effects, and Im required to pay $***
