Mr Magic Car Wash

We are a 30+yr customer of this location. The air dam -- not even a high profile one at that! -- was torn off our car during a washing. The employees told us damage happens a lot under their machines and the company will pay for the repair. This was repeated by the people at the car wash several times until --after many follow-up calls -- we were then told that the company does **not repair** damage it causes on vehicles older than 7 years.
**Lessons Learned** Do not put any credence in what the employees, managers, etc. tell you unless confirmation comes from their "corporate". And be wary of taking your car there if it is over 7 yrs old.

Review: I tried to use a coupon at their sister location at Mr. Magic Car Wash, Bridgeville, PA. The coupon was for $11 for a Signature wash. The attendant wanted $2 more and claimed that this location has more personnel to operate the car wash, hence the up-charge. This fact is nowhere listed on the coupon. It is 'bait & switch' since I spent 30 minutes to go out of my way to visit this specific car wash.Desired Settlement: I would like to be compensated for my time and effort to visit this establishment and was turned away because of the upcharge.
