On 8/17/an estimate was emailed to the customer at that included among other items the following description:

Review: They sold me a tree that was damaged. It was September of 2011. I didn't know of the damaged until a landscaper brought it to my attention. I then called an [redacted], who confirmed the damage, about two weeks ago.Desired Settlement: Replace the tree, at no charge.
