Mr. Matt Bernard

Review: I contacted Matt Bernard about sealing my driveway, he has a home-based business and I was given his name by a friend. He came and did the driveway sealing and I paid him $200 which was the agreed upon amount. It rained that same night and the sealer was washed off before it had a chance to dry. I contacted him the next day and he refused to refund my money. He said he would come back and re-do the job. I tried several times to reach him and now his number is out of service. He used his mother's number and I tried that number as well. His mother answered at one point and said "he doesn't live here, stop calling me." At this point I would like to get a refund because I am afraid of the quality he would put forth now that I've complained.Desired Settlement: I would like the $200 that I paid him refunded.
