He is prompt and efficient. His prices are very very reasonable in Metro Vancouver. He does a good job on roof cleaning and takes away all the debris from the roof. The roof just looks like NEW and any Rain Storm this season will NOT cause anymore waterfalls to disturb my neighbours.
