I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I expected nothing less from this business! He has continuously called us liars, and has been (and continues to be) rude and condescendingI refuse, however, to get into a "he said-she said" punching match with this "gentleman" I hope this disagreement will be posted so that others can stay clear of this company, because this man has no idea how to deal with customers or handle customer complaints Regards, [redacted]

*** called and left a message in response to the complaintHe stated: I have tried several times to satisfy this customer.The major problem is that he has poor drainage in his yard and it is holding waterAlso, the plants did not start out well, as he also had a water break in the irrigation
system that he did not fixI told him he had to fix itFinally, he fixed itNow the plants are dead or dying and he wants them replacedThat's not going to happenI have been in business for years and I am not out there to rip anyone offI also know you can't make everybody happy

I'm responding in regards to the complaint filed by My customerI would like to start with saying that 99% of the complaint filed is falseI spoke with the wife of the contracted client in the beginning of September after she called to say that her lawn had not been cut
I Explained to her that it was cut that week and that the reason she was not pleased with the way her lawn looked was because the amount of weeds she had in her lawn as they grow twice as fast as the lawn itself doesAfter looking at it she then realize that what I was talking about was true and she apologized and asked if maybe I could recommend a better company to spray her lawn for weedsI gave her several recommendations and then told her her husband had change the price of contract without approval and that they had an outstanding balance that needed to be paidShe once again apologize for her husband -explaining that he does this all the time and she has to clean up his messes and assured me that we would be paid the full amount on the original contractThree weeks went by and the outstanding balance still wasn't paid however we continued serviceShe then called once again saying her lawn wasn't cut which was true due to rain that week however she assumed she wasn't cut because she hadn't paid her balance and said that by me excepting the payment that was sent I agreed to the changes in the contractWhen I asked her why she told me in our first conversation that she was going to pay the outstanding balance she told me she never said that and started screaming at me on the phoneAt that point I told her to have her husband call me and I'll be happy to speak with him andto have a good day.I then hung phone up as she continued to yell into the phoneHer husband never contacted me but we did continue to cut her lawn right up until the last week of October as the contract statesOn record the property was skipped two weeks due to the rainOur contract states that there are no refunds due to weather. I will say there were other weeks that we could not cut because of the rainy weather and we were unable to get on her lawn but she was never delayed more than 10-daysThe customer went from being very reasonable with the first phone call to being unreasonable and flat out lying about our original conversationOnce this happens I realize that no matter what resolution I proposed I wasn't being paid the outstanding balance ($61.86)and there was no satisfying this customer

I am responding to the above complaintMrs*** received the service she signed up forI offered to extend her service at an additional cost that she was quoted for when she originally signed upShe proceeded to tell me that she never received the service in October which is ridiculous, that
would mean that her lawn never got cut in October and therefore would be out of controlAs it would be impossible to cut her lawn with out picking up the leaves. Going back to the first conversation we had in the first week of November she had called and told me that she had signed up for the full-service and wanted to know when I could come outWithout checking and trusting that she had signed up for the full-service- we were out there at the very next dayWhile we were there A pool service showed up and emptied the entire hot tub into the backyard where lawn was already saturated -therefore I could not complete the leaf pick up at that time -only to find out later that she had not signed up and had lied to meI never charged her for this extra visit nor did I say anything until she called and started being unreasonableThe bottom line is I try to accommodate her and she's the one that chose the service that she did as shown in the attached document

Regards,[redacted] Again, all of the other plants that he provided are fine. I spent about $6,500 on the job in total and only have a complaint about two plants. Someone who is in business for over 20 years should know that when a customer spends this much money you accomodate the customer with a few new plantings when asked to. It would seem to me this is just good business!!!

Added info regarding non compliance to complaint  .... Non performance of services such as several weeks of not cutting the lawn, final shrub trim/pruning not done, Fall cleanup not done, leaf cleanup not done. He was also paid for services  $3100.00  not completed in November.  Not responsive to phone calls, emails or phone texts. Thank you [redacted]
