Review: On June [redacted], [redacted] has signed an agreement to handle our subdivision project of [redacted]. We gave him a payment of $3000 immediately upon signing of the contract. He agreed that he would work on the project immediately and by his own estimation, the prelimnary phase should be completed around July. But till now, there is nothing delvered by him and our sub division project has made ZERO progress. We attemped to reach him for 2 months trying to resolve this issue amicably. But he has not returned our emails, calls, or text messages.Desired Settlement: Refund of our payment of $3000 and cancel our agreement with him

Review: Mr. Miele was hired in April 2015 to file with the Westchester Department of Health an application for a backflow preventer. As of the date of this complaint, Mr. Miele failed to make any such filings which has delayed the opening of a new business on premises, resulting in loss of income. Mr. Miele offered a partial refund, however his refund check has been returned for insufficient funds.Desired Settlement: Refund of all monies paid including filing fees for returned checks.
